Hello,
I have installed Virtual Box 6.0.6 with Windows 10 Home 64 bit in both the host and virtual machine. All seems to work well, except The host key “right control” does not work. I am essentially stuck on the virtual machine. My mouse and keyboard remain within the boarder of the virtual machine.
I have tried the following to resolve without success:
-restart everything
-changed host key to other keys and tried those
-removed host key altogether
-checked on and off (tried both) for the auto keyboard capture function
-increased ram and gpu allowance to larger amounts
-downloaded and installed the extension pack
I greatly appreciate any feedback on how I might resolve this.
Thanks so much.

I can't even install a VM on windows10 home edition, I didn't think it supported Hyper-V. I had to upgrade to windows 10 pro.
I'm no professional BTW.

No error messages == no possibility of diagnosing the problem.

Do you happen to have Sticky Keys in Windows turned on?
I noticed some similar behavior where I couldn't switch between desktops using Host Key and then Ctrl + Windows + Left/Right.
Turns out it was because I had Sticky Keys turned on. Sticky Keys was seeing she Host Key press and messing things up. Once I turned off Sticky Keys things returned to normal.
