I have some questions. How to dynamic RAM allocation for Guest OS? it possible? How can i do it?

There is a feature called memory ballooning which you could call dynamic RAM, however the RAM is not accessible to the host if that is what your question is about. The RAM is owned by the VM background process and shared with other running VMs.
