Hi everybody.
With the Acronis True Image 2018 I made a full backup of a Windows 10 64bit machine. This program gives you the backup with a .tib extension, but it allows you to convert it to a .vhd extension.
With this .vhd I have created a virtual machine on a different computer from which I got the backup. But when running the virtual machine, it gives the message: "Error: FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted."
Any ideas?
Thank you

Re: No bootable medium found!
Is it a GPT disk? If so then try enabling the EFI option.
You should convert to VDI format ASAP, VHD is not a good format. Not even Microsoft uses it any more.

It worked for me by enabling the EFI option.
Thank you so much!
