I just updated Windows 10 to Build 18290. My virtual machines used to run fine. Now they all give me "VT-x is not available".
I checked my UEFI and it's still enabled there. Is there anything else I can check?

Please go thoroughly through the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests. Remember that these are just guidelines, you have to use your judgement...
Hyper-V may be activated, either directly or as part of a component. Read Microsoft's article on Credential Guard: Manage Windows Defender Credential Guard.
