Video problem

Post by Lucio_56 »

Hi to all,
I have a problem when I start Linux Ubuntu 32 into a Vbox. All seems to run in correct mode, but after few second, on the screen appears lines, as if the refresh rate was wrong. I try to expand video memory till 256 Mb, but without success.
Does anyone help me to solve this?

Tx in advance.

My PC : Dell Latitude i5 12Mb RAM 256 GB SSD HD

We need to see a complete VBox.log, from a complete VM run:
  • Start the VM from cold-boot (not from a paused or saved state) / Observe error / Shutdown the VM (force close it if you have to).
  • With the VM completely shut down (not paused or saved), right-click on the VM in the VirtualBox Manager and select "Show Log".
  • Save only the first "VBox.log", ZIP it and attach it to your response. See the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form.
