A critical error occured when trying to start KaliLinux Software

I have a problem when trying to start the virtualbox machine on guest operating system Debian 32 bit .I have added a virtual hard drive and configured some settings-added a virtual disk of KaliLinux Software and created network adapters, but when I open the VB machine ,the following error appears : "A critical error ocurred,...".I provided here the log and image files.

Any suggestions?

You are assigning memory to your guest, that you do not have available. Either close some applications on the host, buy more RAM for the host, or reduce the amount of RAM assigned to the guest.

And this is "why" you're getting that error. You will need to address/fix the hardware virtualization availability.

Your Pentium N3710 CPU surprisingly supports hardware virtualization, so it's a matter of enabling it in the BIOS. See your PC's manufacturer help on how to do this. Also, make sure that nothing else has an exclusive hold on that.
