It is very simple. If you get that error message then something else is using VT-x/AMD-v. Now you only need to find out what that is.

As I mentioned, the FAQ has suggestions. We have no access to your PC, so we can't simply tell you what the other software is. Also, VT-x/AMD-v access is not monitored by the host OS, so nor can you ask the host OS who is using it. You must use common sense and guesswork.

The problem is that I know nothing about it. I just wanted to set up a Linux server to experiment. Once it worked but not anymore!

Then you have three options.

1. Give up.
2. Learn something about it so that you can fix it.
3. Find somebody who does understand computer systems to fix it for you.

There is no "magic bullet" to fix the problem.

The problem is not mine! It went on a few weeks ago. All the pals who have this program say it just spins

It is clear that you are not understanding the answers given, so perhaps you do need to look for a computing expert to help you.

I can not go to a computer expert who can explain any program to me if not even the administrators and moderators manage it

Oh, the users here have explained the steps. You don't seem to want to understand that something is using your VT-x. And since we are not sitting in front of your computer, only you can figure out what that something is.

Unless you want to ship me your computer and I can take a look at it...
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

One can also say an example. Granted, there's a program that gives Teamviever that you have to grab another PC

The FAQ offers several examples, which is why you were directed to read it in the first reply.
