Virtual Box crashes during Guru Meditation

How do I fix this? I'm trying to install ubuntu-16.04.5-desktop-i386.iso on Windows 7.

You have allocated memory to the guest that you don't have available on the host. Your options are: a) allocate less memory to the guest, b) close some applications on the host, or c) buy some more memory for the host.

Your Intel Pentium P6200 CPU doesn't support VT-x. This technology is needed more and more by VirtualBox and modern operating systems. You may have to work backwards through v5.1.x, 5.0.x and 4.3.x versions to find one that works with such ancient hardware.
