Critical error has occurred while trying to launch .vdi file

I am using Oracle VM 5.1.38 on win 10 , intel core i5 with AMD radeon.
When I tried to launch .vdi file from VM it is giving critical error.

Any help would be highly appreciated

I'd start with completely uninstalling Avast:
