I am facing issue as below -

rc=-5460 supR3HardenedWinReSpawn what: 1 VERR_SUP_VP_THREAD_NOT_ALONE - process verification failure

From hardening logs

414.14b0: supR3HardenedMonitor_LdrLoadDll: error opening 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\wintab32.dll': 0 (NtPath=\??\C:\WINDOWS\system32\wintab32.dll; Input=C:\WINDOWS\system32\wintab32.dll; rcNtGetDll=0x0

on my OS i checked wintab32.dll is not available in system32 directory

Environment details-
i am using virtual box version VirtualBox-5.2.16-123759-Win.exe on windows 10 with version details as below
Windows 1709 (OS build 16299.125)

Things i have already checked -
1. Vt-x is enabled.
2. Tried reinstalling virtual box using Run as Administrator did not helped.

PFA logs for details. Any details/help to fix problem would be of great help.

The reference to wintab32.dll is almost certainly a red-herring.

You need to uninstall the Symantec anti-virus / firewall software as it is known not to play nicely with VirtualBox. Windows Defender (built into Windows 10) should give you all the protection that you need.
