[Error] VT-x is not available. Windows 10.

Hello,

I have a problem with VirtualBox. If I try run any VM - I get this error:

VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

I turned off Hyper-V in features. I have VT and VT-d enabled on BIOS.
My OS: Windows 10 build 16299.

What should I do?

You would not still be getting that error if you had successfully turned off Hyper-v.

I done it and still I have this error.

I can't change CPUs and acceleration tab is disabled (out grayed).

I have Windows 10 Enterprise Build 16299. I don't see the options with 'Device Security - Core Isolation'. How can I turn off memory integrity?
