Not able to boot VM using Ubuntu 13.04 ISO image file

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine MyVM.

Raw-mode is unavailable courtesy of Hyper-V. (VERR_SUPDRV_NO_RAW_MODE_HYPER_V_ROOT).

Checked the settings and hypervisor is Off (attached is the screenshot)

What it says. Disable Hyper-v, and no it is not mistaken. If you don't have Hyper-v itself enabled that you have something related to it enabled instead, e.g. CredentialGuard, memory security etc.
