Failed to open a cession for the virtual machine Centos6.5

Got the error message above using the latest virtualBox and the host the Windows 7.

The virtual machine was running fine.

Just changed to a new dell desktop and the virtual centos system was added by using an existing *.vdi.

I searched online and still could not figure out the way to fix.

I attached the log fine. Could you please have a look.

I'd start with PowerBroker, then ZoneAlarm, and Trend Micro...
