Hello,
a weird problem occured today when I launched a virtual machine. I got an error AMD-V is not available (VERR_SVM_NO_SVM).
So I checked if Virtualisation is activated in BIOS, it is!
What is more weirder is, that in Hyper-V I can start a 64-bit virtual machine.
I have HP Notebook with a AMD A10-9600P Radeon R5 CPU.
Does anyone know where the problem is?
No 64-Bit Version available anymore

There is nothing weird about that at all, in fact it's the source of your problem.Kabuntel wrote: What is more weirder is, that in Hyper-V I can start a 64-bit virtual machine.
FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
