Can't launch Virual Box

Can't launch Virual Box

Have gone through trouble shooting and run sfc /scannow and still having errors.
So as suggested posting here with log.

Help would be great...

Start by uninstalling the Malwarbytes software and see where you go from there.

Uninstalled and checked the log, no mention of it.
Still having issues running.
