So I keep getting this weird error... I've tried other solutions on here and on other sites, but none of them seem to work... I've tried reinstalling, but that didnt fix it either...

You should have ZIPPED it as well, it helps save a (virtual) tree or two...

These are guidelines, not the exact solution, you have to use your judgement...
