VM Crashed. Unable to start

My VM crashed and with below error and now I am not able to start it . Anyone know how to fix it ?

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine OEL7.2_1.

The virtual machine 'OEL7.2_1' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\ankitjja\VirtualBox VMs\OEL7.2_1\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

That is an error, not a crash. And did you notice what the error message tells you about reading VBoxHardening.log?
