Use 7zip to compress the log (it's free). As with any file from the internet, please scan it to make sure it's legit.

To enable 64bit operating systems you need VT-x or AMD-v enabled. This forum post by mpack has tips to make it work:

Re: Problem with installing Ubuntu
Hello I have a problem whenever I want to start the virtualbox. It will state LFENCE not serializing, switching to generic reportline and Guru Meditation will appear saying critical error has occured while running the virtual machine. My laptop is 64bit but it does not support virtualization. So I install the ubuntu 32bit. I am new with virtualbox. Hope anyone can help me. Thank you!

5.0.16 is ancient. Upgrade to the current version and then lets talk again.
Re: Problem with installing Ubuntu
Hello thank you for reply. I have downloaded the current version of virtualbox. When I try to start, the same thing happened like before

Re: Problem with installing Ubuntu
Fix this and you'll probably be fine. It should also allow you to install 64bit guests if you should want.
I suggest increasing RAM and graphics RAM to 1024MB and 64MB respectively.00:00:03.237789 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS (or by the host OS)
