00:00:04.186603 OS Product: Windows 10
00:00:04.571488 Host RAM: 1941MB total, 713MB available
00:00:05.666272 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000010000000 (268 435 456, 256 MB)
You are running a Win10 host with 2 GB of total RAM. That's the bare minimum for Win10. Your computer is not powerful enough to run another full-blown OS like Ubuntu 8.04. You have 713 MB of available RAM. And on top of that, I don't think that you have enough memory allocated to the guest. The minimum requirements for Ubuntu 8.04 call for 384 MB of RAM. The 256 MB are for the Command Line Interface only.
05:14:13.956392 !! VCPU0: Guru Meditation -2634 (VERR_IOM_MMIO_IPE_1)
You get a Guru Meditation after 5 hours and 71 suspend/resume cycles!!! That's not an easily reproducible feat. And I can't really say that I've seen this error before, I'm drawing a blank...

The error seems to be caused by bad parameters passed to a device driver. It could possibly be due to insufficient memory.

It should not be because of insufficient memory as i increase it to 800MB but it has same error.
Also, i am running Ubuntu 10.04 with 512 MB RAM and it is running smoothly. Same is the case of Ubuntu 9.10 with 256 MB RAM

I have attached log of Ubuntu 10.04 with 512 MB RAM withut any issue any the same 0n the same machine
