Dear Virtual Box support,

I have a critical problem on my Windows 10 machine (64bit), without any previous advice my Virtual Machine installed, is unable to start. Here is the error reported when starting a Virtual Machine:

The virtual machine 'QIIME 1.9.1' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\limar_000\VirtualBox VMs\QIIME 1.9.1\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.

1) No, it's not, and
2) I really hope you mean "C:\Users\limar_000\VirtualBox VMs\QIIME 1.9.1\Logs\VBoxHardening.log". Make sure to ZIP it before attaching it to your response (see the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form).
