Migrating from VirtualBox to VMWare
With the persistent sound problems I tried to move one of my VirtualBox vdi files over to VMWare. I used the export appliance way, but so far I did not manage to import the ova-file into VMWare Player 14. Which are the correct export parameters to produce a usable file for WMWare?

If you are having problems with VMWare then I'd think you'd ask for help on a VMWare forum. We are not experts on what their requirements are, they are.

That is true of course. But I assumed, that I am not the only one who has tried to come away with this.

Did you try the latest test build? Revisions ≥ 120822 have a lot of audio fixes. Give them a shot...
