The issue is regarding I am not able to access internet from Guest OS while I am in organization network.
Specifications:
Host: Windows 7
Guest : Ubuntu 16.1, CentOS, Windows 7
Network: NAT
Case 1: Laptop connected to Home network.
Situation: Internet is working on guest operating system.
Case 2: Laptop connected to organization network.
Situation: Internet is not working on guest operating system. But INTRANET websites are accessible from guests.
I am not networking geek. Resolution will let me know where to take actions and guide IT admin.

Have you setup a proxy server? A VPN client? Something specific to your organization's network?
Let's say I come in with my laptop at your work. Will my laptop work out-of-the-box, or will I have to change/install something?

Proxy Settings are there.
External laptop will not work until proxy settings configured.
