bad sound on Windows 7 32-Bit

Post by DaeZ_Daniel »

For school i had to install Virtual Box, the expansion and the guest pack. I have the newest versions of every software. We had to use the same windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit version as we use in school. Everything works just fine expect that my sound sounds really terrible. Its like when you upscale the sound so loud that the speakers cant keep the sound clear. Is there any fix to that or is is just normal in Virtual Box? Im new to this so please be kind :)

Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip, and attach the zip here.

From which I'm guessing that audio is not properly configured and enabled in your VM settings. Your VMs audios settings should look like the following :-
