My PC: Windows 10 Home 64 bit, desktop. This is the host.
Plan to install Windows 10 Home on VB as the guest.
Watched a few youtube videos.
Some say both Windows 10 64 bit and 32 bit can be installed on VB as the guest.
But others say that only Windows 10 32 bit can be installed on VB as the guest.
Which one is the proper OS to be installed on VB as the guest? 64 bit? or 32 bit?

Both can be installed. If you can't install a 64-bit guest, please go thoroughly through the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.

Both 32bit and 64bit versions of Win10 have the same requirements, so if the 64bit version isn't offered then the 32bit version won't install either. I suggest that you read the FAQ Socratis linked you to and fix the problems.
