Failed to install OSX on WIN 10

I tried to install OSX on my WIN 10 desktop but each time something goes wrong. I tried numerous settings, all in vain.
Who can help me out (a relative dummy)?
Here is what I have:
PC with Intel core i7, 32GB RAM and sufficient storage, OS WIN 10
VirtualBox v 5.1 with extensionpack
iATKOS L2.dmg DVD
Hope you can help me by giving step by step instructions
