VirtualBox Version 5.2.2 (Latest) just downloaded it. Windows 10 OS installed
Shared Clipboard and Drag and Drop option are set to 'Bidirectional' however, no data can be copied and pasted between the host (Windows 10) and VirtualBox (Windows 10).
Same thing with the shared folders: shared folders are added. however, not visible in the host machine or vice versa.
Please note I have already reinstalled the OS on Virtualbox, Reinstall Guest Additions twice. Please see the logs attached.

Re: Shared Clipboard | Shared Folders | Drag and Drop
Everything seems to be setup correctly on that front. Just remember that the only thing you can copy and paste is simple text, i.e. something from Notepad to Notepad. You could copy rich-formatted text (like HTML), but the paste will be simple text. You cannot c/p files, folders or anything "exotic".Astorion wrote:no data can be copied and pasted between the host (Windows 10) and VirtualBox (Windows 10).
Not according to the log, they're not. Also remember that you can only share the host's folders to be seen from the guest, not the other way around.Astorion wrote:shared folders are added. however, not visible in the host machine or vice versa.
You should have a searchable PDF included with your installation. You should try to search it for those terms.
