Failed to acquire the VirtualBox COM Object

Hello,

I am using VirtualBox on my windows 10 desktop with adequate resources. It was working fine for about 8 months. Recently I received an update recommendation on starting and accordingly I updated. Since then I can't start VirtualBox anymore. The error message that I get is something like "Failed to acquire the VirtualBox COM Object The Application will now terminate." The detailed message is,

Failed to acquire the VirtualBox COM object.

The application will now terminate.

Re-install VirtualBox. You're going to have to do it with every Win10 major update. You can thank Microsoft for that...
