Mac OS 10.12.6 iTunes and Xcode don't show my iPhone

I'm using a Mac OS X 10.12.6 version on Windows 10 via Virtual Box 5.2.0 , I installed the Extension Pack and set up the filters on my iPhone with USB 2.0 EHCI.
The device is plugged into a USB 2.0 port via original Apple Lightning to USB. Already tried other ports. If I go into system information it shows the device on the USB tab.
But if I start iTunes or Xcode its not there. The iPhone is on iOS 11.1.1
I googled at least 2hs and couldn't find anything that works, maybe you know more thanks!
