Error "Failed to open a session for the virtual machine..."

The host is Windows 7 Ultimate, 32 bit.

I installed VirtualBox V5.2 (the latest version), then I ran this software, I showed error meassage " Failed to open a session....".
Then, I removed version V5.2, and installed V4.3, and I got the same error message " Failed to open a session..."

I click on Details, and it says,

The virtual machine 'xxx' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\xxx\VirtualBox VMs\xxx\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'.

Yes, i'm getting the same issue. I saw from the linux host topics that the problem was the guest wasn't connected somehow with the host and disabling the antivirus would at least not show the error. BUT the Virtual Machine would still say Terminated(or disabled) to me. This is the farest i can go (i'm not an expert at this software).
