facing issue while saving the state of windows xp vm in VBOX

Hi Team
Please help me in resolving the issue
1) I have installed the oracle VM Virtualbox Manager on windows 7
2)I have added a clone of windows xp to VBox manager
3) Whenever i Start a windows xp virtual machine and try to save its state, it gets aborted randomly and does not save the state safely. It throws an error stating memory couldnot be read(attached the snap plz check)
4)I have even attached the logs of VBox, plz check
