Help! Keep crashing on windows me

After installing windows me, I boot from hard disk, and I keep getting the guru meditation error/

Now I am no expert with computers, so I came here for help!

Links are not required, just a precise description of the error plus a VM log file: with the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here (i.e. a local attachment, not an offsite link).
