Virtualbox 5.20.0 + Win10 Fall Creators Update: Error VERR_SUP_VP_THREAD_NOT_ALONE (-5640)

Hi all,
after Virtualbox update to 5.20.0-118431 + Windows 10 64bit Fall Creators Update I'm not able anymore to run VMs:

Tests done:
- VB update, reboot, running VM -> Fail
- VB clean uninstall (removing vbox drivers too), new install, reboot, running VM -> Fail
- Point 2, new empty VM, running VM -> Fail
- Downgrade VB to 5.1.20-114628, running VM -> Fail

Cleaned all logs, attaching VBoxHardening

Some notes: company notebook, can't disable services (like Symantec endpoint and similars)
