Unable to run SaS university on Virtual Box

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this techie stuff, hence need your help on this issue.
I have spent the whole day, trying to find solution. However I have only found that the below error code is very generic & I am unable to find the actual solution.

I am trying to run SaS university edition via Virtual Box (Version 5.1.28 r117968 (Qt5.6.2))
This is new laptop with Win 10 Pro - 64 bit, 4 gb ram & 1TB HDD.

Already tested & changes made:-
I have enabled Virtualisation in BIOS, Unchecked Hyper-V, Virtual box settings & error message screen shot attached.
Already restarted multiple times with changes as well.

Error message below:-

Failed to open a session for Virtual Machine SAS University Edition.

AMD-V is not available (VERR_SVM_NO_SVM).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Please go thoroughly through the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
