Won't be able to start El Captain on Vitual Box

Hi,

I downloaded VB,keyed in code then it won't go any further.

Please see the screen shot at the last step. I double clicked El Captain in VB to start It shows VB is running but no go. Then I pressed "show" the DOS black screen showed then still nothing. The screen shot show both VB manager and the DOS window after I pressed "show".

Please advise.
