Error on importing ova file

Post by Chunu »

Hi all,

I try to import a ova file which Ubuntu 64 bit is installed.
But, as starting the virtual system, it is failed to open a session for the virtual machine with following an error message.

=====================================================
The virtual machine 'vagrant_PreSales_Stages_RTC' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\MDS\VirtualBox VMs\vagrant_PreSales_Stages_RTC\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.

Result Code:
E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component:
MachineWrap
Interface:
IMachine {b2547866-a0a1-4391-8b86-6952d82efaa0}
=====================================================

I think the ova file is ok, because the ova file is properly imported and started at other computers.
Information about my host environment is as follows:

=====================================================
OS: Windows 10(64bit), 1703 ver., 15063.540 os build
CPU: Intel i7-6500U 2.50GHz
RAM: 8GB
Virtual box version: 5.1.26
=====================================================

I attached a detail log file. Please tell me what is the reason and how to solve the problem.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,

Please read the following FAQ: Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues. In your case, I believe it might be the Kaspersky antivirus that's responsible.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.
