Hello!
I have a problem to pause Virtual Machine in VirtualBox using only 1 key (e.g. Pause key) instead of combination RAlt+P (I changed host button to RAlt). I tried to configure settings: File-Preferences-Input and to assign keys, but all I managed to change is to assign new key instead of P key. Host Key always remains.
I need pause Virtual Machine just pressing one key, for example pressing Pause on keyboard.
How can I configure that? Using 3rd party soft or is it something I missed in configurations? I have known recently about source code feature, but I'm completely profan in it, dont have any idea how to adjust 1 key to pause Virtual machine that way.
Assign 1 key to pause Virtualbox instead of combination Host+P

Virtualbox only allows using the Host key. Third-party software (if it exists) would be required to have a single keypress to become the Guest-Pause command.

And I assume you're aware that having a single key perform a host function would make that key unavailable to guests.
