This is my setup Host: Win - 10 - client Centos 7 - to fix it, on the Centos GUI login screen on the top right corner was Accessibility Icon - it had Slow Keyboard set to ON, after changing it to OFF my keyboard start working -- with VirtualBox-5.2.12-122591-Win
