VirtualBox 5.1.22 + Extension Pack 5.1.22
In VirtualBox install:
Windows 10 v1703 (64-bit)
Chrome 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)
Everything works well, but if I want to install extension on Chrome -> Chrome is Freeze

Just as a guess, disable "hardware acceleration" in Chrome.
