The latest Windows 10 service pack caused VirtualBox to stop working. It simply would not launch.
I downloaded newest version and performed in place upgrade.
VMs now start but I am unable to connect to them from the host (can connect to internet on guest so NAT is working).
I have turned off Windows Firewall and double checked my host-only settings, and the guest ip and it seems correct, yet n

I'm not sure I see the relevance of those pictures to the problem described. Network problems won't prevent a VM from starting.
Make sure that Hyper-v is disabled on your Win10 host. Restart the host from a full power off after disabling Hyper-v.

I figured it out. The host only config was wrong
