Windows 10 host reboots instead of waking up

Hello everyone,

My brand new Dell XPS 13' with Windows 10 can't wake up after sleep due to Virtual Box : actually he reboots and all files previously opened are lost.

I started using my Dell without vbox for 10 days, then I installed VBOX for 10 days, then i uninstalled vbox for then days and i reinstalled vbox since a couple of days ! and when vbox is installed, my laptop standby/wake-up does not work.

Has anyone had this problem before ?

I am having the same issue with my Dell Precision 5510 laptop (very similar to the XPS 15). To clarify, afaict sleep works fine, its resuming that is troublesome. It looks like it tries to wake up for a few seconds...and then the Dell bios logo flashes, and it reboots. Resume worked before installing virtualbox, and works after uninstalling it.

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise, bios version 1.2.18.
