VirtualBox don't run MacOS, quest machine

I wanna install MacOS with VirtualBox. I downloaded a Mac Os Sierra's ISO file. I mounted this ISO file (url deleted) and ran quest machine. I see Installer Window, choosed language and installation was running. In the end of installation installer rebooted quest machine. And quest machine wast lost in thought in line "darwin bootstrapper version 4.0.0". See picture
