Issues setting up port forwarding

Post by DavidCumming »

Hi,

Having issues setting up port forwarding - hasn't been an issue previously having followed instructions.

Is there anything obvious that's incorrect?

The virtualbox itself works fine

  1. You didn't mention what exactly are the issues that you're having. In detail...
  2. If the guest does not use DHCP based address, you do not need to fill the guest IP.
  3. I believe that you don't even need the host IP address, because you're restricting it to localhost only, not every NIC on your host, but I can't know for sure until I get further details about your setup.
