I have VPN on host machine( windows 10 )
host traffic not goes via VPN.
But I want to route all VM trafiic via this VPN, does it possible?

Probably not. VPN is a point to point connection and cannot be routed and usually cannot be shared.
If it is going to work it would have worked with the default setting of NAT in the vm.
