When I tried to export my VM I get this error
Failed to export appliance d:\MMJB_1.ova.

Could not create OVA file 'd:\MMJB_1.ova' (VERR_ACCESS_DENIED).

Result Code: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004)
Component: ApplianceWrap
Interface: IAppliance {8398f026-4add-4474-5bc3-2f9f2140b23e}
I am exporting it to 3t drive with 2.25t free formatted ntfs

Is the VM completely shut down? Not save-stated or etc. If not get it into a shut-down state.

If your destination drive is a USB drive, you could try right-clicking the Virtualbox main window launch icon and choosing Run As Administrator. That might help the export. Whether it does or not, be sure to close the main Virtualbox window thereafter and relaunch it normally.

One possibility: If you are going to run the guest on another PC running Virtualbox, you don't need to export. See Moving a VM

Do you have write access to "D:\"? Can you create a file in "D:\"? The error is crystal clear; you don't have write access.
