First of all Hello to everybody end sorry for my awfull English (i'm Ukrainian but i live in Italy)
So the issue is the one i described in subject...is it possible that kind of operation or it's not.

Your answer would be exactly the same as if you were to "clone programs from PC1 to PC2".
If it's portable, copy them over.
If they need drivers, system settings/registry modifications, no.
