It seems not release yet...
It cant be found from Intel website.
And Windows Update always install 4229 version(the latest version from Intel offical).

Where does it say that this driver should be available from Intel or by using Windows Update on your system?
You need to search for it on the Windows Update Catalog webpage using the second link.

Probably it should be merged. Sorry I didn't find it sooner.
Update: Driver version 9.17.10.4459 from Windows update catalog doesn't solve this problem. You can convince Windows to keep the newer driver by using the Rollback driver button after Windows forcefully replaces it with older driver.
