I can't install VB 5.0.22 on Windows 10 Build 1511, latest patch level June.
I run the installation in a administration account and started the exec as administrator as well.
The installation has ended by a roll back with the error state 1603.
In found in the installation log that the service NetSetupSvc is not running.
That seems to me to be correct because this service runs only if it will be postet by a request.
I tried to change the property of this service from "manual" to "automatic" but windows reset it again to "manual".
Has anybody an idea or a solution for me ?
