Lets take an Example,
i am having two ip address which is public
1. First IP
IP: 136.243.106.21
Gateway: 136.243.106.1
Netmask: 255.255.255.192
1. Second IP
IP: 136.243.106.22
Gateway: 136.243.106.1
Netmask: 255.255.255.192
First IP has been issued to the Server ( Windows 2012 R2)
I installed Virtualbox and created a VM with Windows 7
Now i need to issue jthe Second IP to VM that i created.
I tried many things, but now working, Please guide me where i am wrong.
I am using Virtualbox 5.0.14

i have changed to Vitrualbox 4.3.36
Now i am able to ping the IP from Server to VM as well as VM to Server. But the internet is not working in VM

The usual way to do this would be to have a different physical network card in the server and attach the guest via Bridged to the second card. In the bindings on the second card, uncheck all bindings that are not from Virtualbox. Then the guest will use the second card, while the server itself will use the first.

Thanks, for that, i found, the problem was with MAC address
