Hi,
I have the latest version of Virtual Box Version 5.0.14 r105127 on Win 10. CentOS is installed. I have referred to several articles, but could not succeed setting up file transfer/drag and drop. Any help is highly appreciated!

Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Drag and drop is a function of the Guest Additions - i.e. the host feature needs something in the guest it can talk to.
I see no evidence in the log that you have installed the Guest Additions. See chapter 4 of the user manual.
