I installed and then uninsulated virtualbox on my windows 7 machine so I can make a virtual drive of Redhat Linux. After un-installing it, my usb keyboards letters a, s, d, f, j, and k do not work.
Is there anything I can reset on my windows machine that has to do with the usb keyboard to get those keys working again? I completely uninstalled virtualbox and those keys still don't work.
This is sooo annoying!!!!
HELP!?!?!

Re: USB Keyboard key issues after uninstalling Virtualbox
Your problem has nothing to do with VirtualBox.
VirtualBox is an ordinary host application, not some kind of voodoo curse. To get keystrokes it calls a host OS function, just like any other application on your host. The fact that it simulates hardware using software does not mean that it has unusual hardware requirements itself.
I suggest that you get your malfunctioning keyword cleaned or replaced.
